[UPDATE: This was still here at 16.00ish on 16.10.21.] [Image taken 14.10.21] Museum Street, York. I picked it up and moved it to one side but there's no obvious number to call. It's on one of the busiest pedestrian/wheelchairing routes into the city centre. It's outside the Visit York, the tourist info shop and offices. It's at one end of the pedestrian area. So why has no-one who has a stake in the attractiveness and safety of this city not picked it up? Other image this sign today: #174995 also context and links.
