[UPDATE: This was still here at 16.00ish on 16.10.21.] [Image taken 14.10.21] Duncombe Place junction with Blake Street, York. This sign was in this location at around 17.00 when I passed on my cycle yesterday. I spotted it because people cross from here so I need to be alert to what is happening. Why hasn't it been set back up by whoever is responsible for checking the safety of the city centre or who put it out? What function did it have? If the issue is still live then this sign is not doing its job. See also: #174995 and links.
